I got a chocolate start. On day 111 Gunnar arrived, revealing a couple of crypts, a couple of Dwarf Cottages, a Griffin Conservatory, and an external dwelling of lizard-riding Rogues. More than enough to work with. On day 113 I leveled Gunnar's Tactics and took the external dwelling. Also revealed two more external Rogues dwellings (though behind first-layer guards that were impenetrable). By day 117 I captured the town of the native Castle player and took the max Dwarf Cottage on the grass, and the Rogues in the Citadel. Ended the week with 17k, which was enough for a full buyout and upgrading the Rogues. On day 121 I took the max Hive, and Gunnar ran to two Griffin Conservatories located deep in the spawn area. On day 123 I take two triple Griffin Conservatories, on day 124 another triple Conservatory. By this time I had managed to kill the enemy who had recaptured the town a couple of days earlier. While Gunnar was sprinting toward the center, Kyrre took an external Angel dwelling behind the Wizards near the town. On day 127 I find 20 Angels in one day and drop them into the Fort. Meanwhile I had already started building the Mage Guild. On day 131 I break into the Castle and run to the super Treasure Zone, which was huge and had nothing interesting besides resources. The exit to the other center was through a one-way portal and over wasteland. I sent Kyrre there while Gunnar broke back home to learn Town Portal and rebuild 5 Mage Guilds. On day 137 I reached the central town and took the first double Dragon Utopia with Kyrre, which gave good loot — a shield and a sword +12-3. The same day I found the Cloak of the Undead King, and things got a bit safer. On day 142 I got Fly from the 4th rebuild, on day 143 — Dimension Door from the 5th rebuild. I started taking towns from the opponent and neutrals. On day 146 I jump to Pyre who was rushing on 6 Angels.
The army draw was much better for me, so there were probably few outs for the opponent, except maybe if I had thrown somewhere early game.
p.s. main Gunnar
Thanks for the game!

I've been playing poorly lately, but restarting even worse. After two blocked draws and forced re-rolls, on the third it gives 1 road into the corner of the map. I'd normally restart that without looking, but I thought I should give the opponent a chance to reroll, and after revealing Tanta I passed the turn. As a result, besides the chocolate for the opponent, I myself got the worst possible road junction — no exit to the center and with blocks. There were no outs, of course, because of the insane tempo, a ton of super-meat from spawn and in all zones where the exits are Conservatories and Hives, while I had nothing at all. The Lighthouse never went up after 5 rebuilds, 2 Dragon Utopias turned out to be empty ones with a cap of 4 4, an Anti-Chain, and a bag of gold. The opponent calmly power-hoarded and built control, then went to kill. I couldn't counter even theoretically, even if I had control, because there was Gunnar who's faster, Kyrre backing up the insane meat that could only be thinned with hit-and-run, but the map didn't provide enough stats for trash units.

Thanks for the game!
