not a bad bargain
first, Socrates gave 500 gold for the regen of a Rampart-Citadel pair, we rolled Dungeon vs Dungeon, decided to play it. Heroes weren't banned, and we negotiated for the hero. Gave away the hero for 1200. In the end, it's a red Shakti vs blue Gunnar start with +1700 right off the bat.
We played out the very first generation. I had 3 experience stones next to the road (and a 4th slightly in the respawn), a stable, a Griffin Conservatory, and a Dragon Fly Hive. No treasure piles spawned, but oh well)
On day 111, Gundula and Kyrre arrived right away, so I was ready to play for the long term as well.
The roads led to a green Conflux on day 123, which was already captured by the opponent, and around the same time, the 4th Mage Guild was built, which gave Armageddon.
The trap plan with Armageddon and a level 2 Labetta with 4 SP worked too well. Gunnar with 5 Angels died on the first turn. After that, Socrates surrendered.
