Do you get a Guardian, Elana, and Seraph all at once every time?!

Well, not every time, but if they do appear, they tend to all end up on the board together)
Although, Elana is indeed given to me almost every round when playing as a Priest. And she isn't always useful – in the deck shown in the screenshot, it was a useless slot, as there were 2-3 cards for healing the hero. But Seraph worked out great. And in a match against Revan, it was the opposite – a lot of cards for Elana and few for boosting Seraph.

Sonia is interesting, both in terms of art and effect, although I doubt she will be useful anywhere, I think.
The Shadow Legendary, if you look at its immediate impact on the board, looks like a greatly buffed Flylord. Of course, the Lord is strong in the long run, but how often does he even survive until the next turn?
The Captain for Sword Coast is also interesting; I don't know if it will be useful anywhere, maybe in some kind of heavy midrange deck.
