Al Feyn, there is a program called TEditor for editing templates: /topic/at/292185/

I've tried TEditor. It doesn't seem to handle mirroring properly. (There are nuances in the implementation of mirroring in SoD/HoT that TEditor apparently isn't aware of – transitions between planes.)
But I already have another tool from him for editing Wizard template files – it’s called TEdit (without attempting to draw graphics; it’s simply optimized for working with the structure of the .rmg text file).

I was asking about a complete text instruction manual detailing column names and possible values that can be entered into them.
