I saw an external dwelling with cats behind the fire elementals right near home, which I took on the first day and decided not to level up, although movement along the roads was very bad — one from home to an adjacent ramp with a single branch into ГО; in the end, by Day 1 Week 2 Month 1 I had 13 cats (home in fort + portal) and a complete lack of options to quickly muster anything else: from the occupied adjacent zone only a roadless path to a snow treasure zone and a grassy one far away, and in my own and adjacent zones neither Dragon Fly Hives nor basilisk dwellings — out of desperation I decided to go straight to the opponent, hoping that his situation was also not great. Sent a scout hero forward and lined up a chain behind him — Tazar attacks the scout and moves a bit forward into the adjacent zone; I recall Shakti home to buy a spell book and run to the opponent's main, but on the next turn Tazar moves deeper and cuts down a second scout hero; I sell the remaining resources, buy Evil Eyes, and attack with Shakti — Tazar's stats are slightly better, but basically both are mediocre, in terms of army: (13 cats, 100 troglodytes, 14 Evil Eyes, and a few harpies) against (8 Wyverns, 28 greater basilisks, 4 gnolls, and a few greater serpents) with no particular advantage.
