Considering my opponent's skill, I played at an insane pace. On week 1, day 1, clearing everything I see with a single consul — 6K and 3K guards just get shredded into pieces. The 2nd front with troglodytes clears the respawn and defends the resources. On week 1, day 4, I had 3 castles. On week 1, day 5, I jump into the teleport and see Tanta ramping up on elves. I realize there will be a re on meeting, so I had to wait 2 days. During those 2 days, Anton farms himself 200 skeletons, takes a 2nd consul, and the balance of power shifts dramatically. But I didn't know this until the final battle. I made 2 mistakes. 1st — I didn't merge my army and attacked the opponent's castle with only one angel on week 1, day 7. 2nd — my greed got the better of me; I wanted to capture another secondary with 50-99 gr. zombies and bogeymen. There were almost 90 of them on native land. Same speed as troglodytes. I lost troops there that would have been very useful in the final battle. Later, during the attack, I could have bought myself out but I took a risk and set myself up for a Haste that might not have been. A well-deserved victory for Hell. Thanks for the experience and the game!
