According to the CIS-2017 regulations.

Here are the current considerations regarding the CIS Regulations - 2017.

1. The main organizer cannot be a player of the main tournament, or a co-organizer must be appointed to resolve emerging organizational issues ("Who the hell do we hold accountable?.." (c) Alexxl).
2. The competition referee cannot be a player of the main tournament.
3. Game days: May 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12. May 9 is a day off, with a centralized trip to Volgograd to the battle glory sites of Bertvolga.
4. The draw and the start of the round are announced for 10:30 local time (except for the first game day: the Opening and draw begin at 11:00). Players have an academic half-hour grace period for lateness. At the 31st minute (starting from 11:00:01 local time), a tardy player without a valid reason, i.e., a player who has not come to any agreement with their opponent, loses one restart day. After another half hour (starting from 11:30:01), another restart day is deducted. And so on. If restarts run out in this manner, the player's starting time for the game begins to be deducted. As soon as it runs out, a technical loss is recorded, and the opponent's victory is registered.
5. The mandatory round game time is from 10:30 to 22:30, with breaks for lunch (1 hour) and dinner (30 minutes). In case of a prolonged game, players finish the round in their personal time. By 10:00 of the next game day (i.e., half an hour before the start of the next round's draw), players who have not registered their game result with the Referee will be given a loss.
6. From 10:00 to 22:30, no poker, drinking, guitar gatherings, or dancing (except for the winning round's celebratory dances) are allowed in the main competition hall.
From 10:00 to 22:30, interfering with tournament participants or the work of the Organizing Committee is not permitted in the main competition hall: The competition referee and Organizers have the right to remove from the main hall any person who interferes with the conduct of the competition.
Participants who prefer to play with music or any audio accompaniment must play using headphones.
7. Games are played according to the current standard HeroesWorld rules.
8. Template pool - either we use a fixed set, or we determine it upon arrival via a simple preference vote.
9. Participants have the right to agree among themselves on any rule changes. In this case, the Referee will not consider complaints regarding the violation of personal agreements between players. By making any agreements among themselves, participants do so at their own risk.
10. Traditionally, participants representing the same entity from any CIS country have the right not to play against each other in the first round.
11. Refusal to continue a game and acknowledging defeat must be justified and based either on objective data of the specific game situation, or on the impossibility of continuing the game in the tournament due to various circumstances, and consequently, a loss must be recorded in the current and subsequent rounds. In all other cases, such a capitulation cannot be considered legitimate, and the results of the game are subject to annulment. That is, both opponents are given a loss. Responsibility for compliance with this clause rests with the competition referee.
