NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

The "horrible neighborhood" ability of some neutral creatures seems to be working incorrectly, or it doesn't match the description. The description states that when the owner of the ability attacks a creature, it may become frightened. In reality, the opposite happens, and I think it happens with 100% certainty: attempting to attack the owner of the ability results in the attacker becoming frightened, meaning that only a hero can attack such a creature.
