We restarted and went for a lucky strategy. We chose lairs 2, 3, and 7. On turn 112, I took the cyclops lair with minor losses and headed towards Kigan. They didn't give me the bonus for a long time, so I checked a bunch of portals – everywhere on the other side, there was some trash like blue archers and yellow druids. In the end, I broke through the gate to the sand, and with the path of war, I quickly reached the opponent on turn 135. The gnome returned home and didn't manage to reach me by a couple of steps. Kigan, with the path of war, easily escaped from Erling on his secondary path, collecting potions along the way. On turn 142, the opponent decided to go to me through the center, couldn't break through the passage (we shaved him with regeneration and resurrection), and surrendered. Thanks for the game.
