Confirmed. I got carried away and risked taking the external dwelling of angels on week 1, day 1, turn 7 without the Tactics skill. Unlucky, they fled twice, I retreated. Ended up with 1 angel left, and on top of that, I lost in the max Dwarf Cottage, but in any case, without an army there were no prospects since the opponent was already approaching.
