I apologize, but the regulations, in my opinion, are not very good. Some vague groups without restarts, and winning in the playoffs based on game time at random (!) is also a bit strange, to be honest. I think the tournament organizers should think about a regulation for a series of tournaments, without coming up with a new one for each subsequent tournament. Thank you for your attention.

This regulation is planned as a basic one for all subsequent seasonal tournaments.
Although the criticism was not very specific, I will try to clarify.
This format has obvious advantages - a small number of games (maximum 9), which is very good with a large number of tournaments, and a minimum of games with weak players.
At the same time, I want to make the tournament a little tougher, where any mistake can cost you being eliminated from the tournament (but without fanaticism, so we introduce a load), so I removed restarts in the groups, but we can also bring them back if people want.
I am ready to discuss the details of the format, but preferably without "vague" comments.
