Creating a FизМиГ for HoMM IV.

I checked the links, and basically half of the information for the suggested topics is already available in various threads; all that's left is to gather it. If no one has taken on this responsibility yet, I can review it all, sort it, refine it, etc. I can definitely find the time. And, in general, I really want to help out somehow.
