Why is that? :)

I meant it sounds that way to me. Because, based on my personal life experience, any conservatism, healthy or unhealthy, is associated with stagnation and death. (In contrast to flexibility and adaptability, which are associated with development, growth, and life).
And yes. With that phrase, I hoped to encourage those involved in Heroes of Might and Magic, to shake up the "healthy conservatism" in the desired direction.
