I can suggest a few good dates throughout the year if you're having trouble choosing a time with several consecutive days off to organize a local offline event.

Please note that I haven't traveled anywhere since 2013 due to personal reasons. A possibility arose a few days ago to do this during the May holidays. I don't know when such an opportunity will arise again. For example, I definitely won't be able to travel during the New Year holidays.
