The price in Volgograd this year is indeed high. It's exactly the same as it was in St. Petersburg last year.

As far as I remember, 8850 was the price for accommodation for the entire period in a standard room for 2 or 4 people, which was even cheaper, and about 1.5k for the hall... I think St. Petersburg was a little cheaper.
