Yeah, Community, it's not working out very well; it's not cohesive, not friendly, and our community, which used to be strong, is fading away and breaking up into separate groups. Instead of one full-fledged CIS Championship, where all players, fans of Heroes, and viewers should gather, everyone is scattering to different places "according to their interests." And the worst thing is that the organizers suddenly decided to hold their own events on the same dates, just to spite each other.
Now that we have so many organizers appearing out of nowhere, and they all want to hold offline Tournaments, why don't they hold regional qualifiers for the CIS Championship, as they wanted to do before? What's the problem? Why ruin the wonderful traditions and break up our established celebration!? I, for example, want to see everyone and the best players all in one place, as it was before.
Lesha, it used to be like that. Qualifiers were held in different cities, each was given three places, and the finalists themselves decided where to play the final and on which version: no one was singled out based on past achievements, 1 point or 4, one person - one vote. And it was the finalists, the best players in the CIS, who voted.
