Leshy, what kind of qualifying tournaments are those? People simply don't have the money, or they create qualifying tournaments with large entry fees so that the winners can travel at the expense of the losers, but that's not a great idea...
And again about doing something "out of spite"... My tournament is for those who CANNOT come to this CIS tournament for some reason, but still want to relax for a few days among their own.
