Let him go, who's against it? I definitely don't want to offend anyone or prove anything. I'm organizing this tournament not to take away anyone's quota, but so that those who don't have the means/opportunity/time to go to Volgograd (like me) can also have a good time. Wouldn't it be better to stay home during the May holidays if you can't go to a CIS tournament? If we get 12-15 people, that's already good, more would be even better, but if not, that's fine too.

Are the templates normal or skirmish, and what about other balance settings?
