So, I'm using Opera, I open the page, there's a download link, and it says: click the link to download, and there's a link to a .rar file. When I click it, it tries to load something for a while, but then nothing happens. If I click "Save target as," it gives me the option to save it as a .htm file, but if I copy the link into a download manager, the download goes through without any problems. That's what I meant.
