TOURNAMENT TROUBLES!

I think we should dedicate a separate topic to the tournament rules – organize everything there, formulate the rules, answer questions from everyone who is interested, if there are any... :) And then just provide a link to this topic when organizing a new tournament... And there will be no disputes...
