The first one is clearly a promotion, not some kind of manipulation.
And, by the way, it's unclear what the plans are – whether it's for a trip or as a countermeasure, but even that justifies the second image, which clearly answers the question "what will happen if I don't come?".
With these fragmented screenshots, there's some uncertainty, but as they are, they rather support the seriousness of Vigo's intentions.
