But what will change as a result of this?

If we're talking specifically about the CIS Championships (the history of which, by the way, is presented in a separate section on HW) - they started in 2010.
And there's no humiliation for the veterans of those years when the Krasnodar championship was held. If the old-timers join in, we'll only be happy, and they will have a full voice. I just don't have any information about the championships of those years. And if you're upset that you weren't given enough points, just write when, in what year, and at which championship you participated.
The same applies to Bishop. If Bishop believes that something was not taken into account, let him write. I posted the table for this purpose, so that everything is clear and transparent.
