Final vote for the location of the CIS-2017 tournament.
I don't understand – what difference does it make how much someone played before? Only the current tournament matters – who will participate as a player. The history of past events is only interesting in terms of the probability of someone attending, but the range isn't too wide.
Yura. The difference is significant. The CIS is an independent project, a self-organizing system. As an experienced manager with a higher education in management, I'm telling you – neither you, nor I, nor anyone else can determine how, what, and where things happen. Except for the target audience, on which the CIS project is essentially based. And the target audience is not those who might come, or might start playing... The target audience is those who actually travel and actually play. And the answer from this audience is in the voting (or rather, in the votes). And this is objective data that can, should, and must be used.
