Final vote for the location of the CIS-2017 tournament.
The whole problem is, Vitaly, that out of 109 voters, if we're lucky, only 30-40 will actually travel somewhere. And if you divide them into 3 parts, you get 10 people. This means that it won't be possible to hold a CIS tournament anywhere. It's a paradox. There's a kind of symbiosis here, and there's no getting around it.
At the Siberian Championship, there were 10 people, and yet it was a full-fledged offline event. No one is saying that we need 2 CIS tournaments – let there be 1, and those who don't have the opportunity to travel there can gather in another place at the same time.
