Dear friends, how long must this go on? The first vote has passed, Volgograd won, and a group of people who are bored say, "No, no... let's vote again..." And then, another election begins, and again, it's the same old story, and again, Volgograd wins, and notice how, immediately after, all sorts of clowns crawl out of the woodwork and start chanting the same old songs. We can go around in circles like this until we're old and gray; it's become some kind of FUCKING CIRCUS!!!
