Final vote for the location of the CIS-2017 tournament.

Kirill, are you unable to read or count? The current active forum activity of Masik, Zhena, Lizard, Sup, Ilich, Van, Katerina, Vseva, and Arvald is, in your opinion, beyond question. Your attempts to distort the facts do not make the Volgograd proposal more appealing. The fact that you are openly lobbying for a specific option is normal – just don't pretend to be objective while doing so. Your clownish behavior becomes less and less funny and more and more vulgar with each passing year.
