okay, while everyone is unconscious,

1. I brew a second purification potion and explain to Kosha where my pouch is, what useful items and potions I have in my inventory, and tell her to take them if I don't make it.
2. I eat the meat (+12), if it doesn't take up a turn/time. If it does, I'll eat it along the way when everyone gets up and starts running.

(0) As soon as the manticore is healed, it flies to its owner and doesn't come down.
(1) If I fall, Le'Rau heals me; if he falls, I heal him.
