The map is quite stingy with Dragon Utopias. Compared to my 2, the opponent consumed twice as many. There was categorically not enough gold to buy out all the power that filled the capital and Inferno, which had built devils + their own external dwelling. I only upgraded the angels, of which there were 17 by the finale + 10 ordinary devils. I managed to catch the opponent's scout with the Air Tome and a mage with the main power and artifacts - the handcuffs left no chance for the remaining army to buy themselves out after Nelka's mass haste.
