I had 4 ent dwellings and they helped me in clearing hives, cons, and utopias. I cleared 5 utopias and built a level 5 mage guild at the tower, and I got fly at the town portal after rebuilding. Then Georg started capturing my towns, so I went to his area to take his castle town. He attacked with Grindan and left all the artifacts with him, and I killed Grindan. This is why I could win. If Georg doesn't forget, he wins.
