I find this decision very strange. If I vote for Ekaterinburg and initially intend to only go there, why should I sponsor Volgograd or Korolev if they win?

2) A voluntary contribution to the development of the Heroes community.
But there are both pros and cons. If you bother with refunding the money, then there is indeed an opportunity to sponsor one of the options before the voting, which, of course, can also be a plus if everything turns out great in the end.
