Roads were average, and the elf heroes didn't show up, but at the respawn there were 3 external dwellings of centaurs and a minimal Griffin Conservatory nearby. My closest opponent was Tower, and right off the bat, without even rebuilding or a library, it had Town Portal and Dimension Door at level 127. There were few ulics and Griffin Conservatories on the map. I only entered the Dragon Utopia after I had already built Resurrection. On turn 136, I was still standing at another Dragon Utopia that my opponent wanted to claim in a day, and he surrendered.

My opponent was extremely lucky — the guild built quickly and had movement magic early on, leading to rapid development. Thinking I could not recover from the disadvantage, I surrendered.
