I am amazed by the naivety of people who suggest collecting pre-payments. :smile41:
If a person wants their vote to carry more weight, they make a contribution as a participant. If they don't, they are "charged" as a viewer. This means there's no need to chase anyone; just wait 3 days (or another timeframe) and calculate the voting results based on the actual contributions.
If no one contributes, consider everyone as viewers.
