1. I'm currently playing the h3dm1 template. What are the rules? The rules don't say anything about this template. My opponent says that it's allowed to upgrade vampires and build a stronghold. Can I confirm if this is allowed? Please.
2. And in general, can we agree with the opponent that we won't use certain rules?
