Dirty, I have a question. Or rather, a few.
1. Why is Korolev given privileges compared to other applications?
2. Why hasn't an official vote been announced yet? Korolev's application exists, and the main organizer has been named - Vigo. The financial guarantor hasn't been named, which means there isn't one.
3. Will the banned users be unbanned for the duration of the voting period?
