CIS Qualifier for King’s Bounty 2017.

May I inquire about the progress? Time is passing, and we seem to be at a standstill. I've been trying to read everything, but I might have missed something: Who is the main organizer of the session? Who financially guarantees the event? Please don't tell me about participants chipping in, etc. – I'm aware of that. Mee? Vigo? Quantify the contribution to the cause; it shouldn't be a secret. Honestly, looking at the chaotic responses, I wonder if there's a rush in preparing the application? I have a feeling that the application is a year ahead of its time, as if it were drawn with the left foot on the knee. The CIS in King's Bounty is very cool; we're all looking forward to it, but in 2017? P.S. I didn't participate in the previous poll because I was planning to travel somewhere until recently.
