CIS Qualifier for King’s Bounty 2017.

As a person who, at different times, organized the CIS tournament (and, therefore, knows what a SIGNIFICANT MINUS is), as well as won this tournament (and, therefore, knows what a PLUS is), I am interested in the following question. In the event that the city of Korolev is chosen as the venue for the CIS tournament, is a prize pool planned for the participants of the Heroes of Might and Magic III tournament? And if so, how will this prize pool be formed? I believe that this information is important and should be made public. In 2014, I indicated in advance in the application from Minsk how much I would contribute myself, how much Vasya's data center would contribute, and how much would be taken from player contributions.
