Dark simply posted a crooked screenshot showing a blue hero supposedly trying to take a pile of gold. But he didn't go there; he was killed at the spot where he stands on the reds' turn. The blue hero managed to move between the horses and the bears, and collected some resources there (next to the horses). If the blue hero had taken the pile of gold that the screenshot is aimed at, this save wouldn't even be discussed, as has already been said.

a small clarification, I collected the resources under the horses, then moved into the range where I stand, as soon as I saw the bears I stopped moving. which is visible from the vision in the screenshot.. that I collected the resources I described in my appeal, you didn't say anything new.

The idea is that in that case AC would not have hesitated in its decision and would have immediately given Dark a tech loss.

absolutely correct. there was no violation for a tech loss. regarding the shifted guard on my part, at least not a conscious or significant one.

in my appeal, it is described that I had exits to adjacent tiles, and this one along the road I considered the opponent's ГО (considering also that this ГО is on grass, I didn't even doubt it) because the horses were essentially standing on the road.

Does anyone really think that after violating for a tech loss, I would have written an official Appeal to the AC.
Once again, I perceived the territory under the horses as mine and if you watched the save from my perspective, then I don't need to explain why and how to you. (doubts arose when I caught a glimpse of the bears, which, by the way, I couldn't even see how many there were because I only saw them for half a cell from the darkness, that's how carefully I played.)
