Considering that the horses are standing on the road, facing the green spawn point, and the opponent has a Castle?! Even if I had the slightest doubt that it wasn't my spawn point, I wouldn't have gone there.
Personally, I wouldn't see anything criminal here. I'm talking about the principle itself; the judge should be guided by their own vision, based on their experience, and considering, to the best of their ability, the moral aspect of the suspect. For example, I wouldn't see anything criminal, or at least it's not obvious, but Sanya thinks it's an easy win. If he were the judge, the decision should be made based on that.
