The reporting system has already been implemented for the 5th installment, so new tournaments can now be started using it.
To implement the ranking system, for both the 5th and 3rd installments, we just need to outline how to calculate the ranking manually based on the data we have from the reporting system. Specifically, we have:
1) A list of completed tournaments
2) A list of tournament participants
3) A list of reports for the tournaments
Once the calculation method is provided, we will implement the ranking system in the near future.
For the 5th installment, the ranking will only apply to new tournaments conducted using the reporting system.
