I wouldn't go outside in this weather either.

Pfft... even at -40, people dress up and go to work in the mornings. There was even a record of -50, and no one even thought about canceling school (let alone work). True, this year we have a relatively mild winter; it rarely gets colder than -30. Although it does happen. A couple of years ago, we had a terrible blizzard that lasted for several days, accompanied by strong winds (which blew everything in its path), heavy snowfall (in some places, snowdrifts were as tall as a person), and low temperatures. All the buses stopped running, and no one dared to take their cars out. But that didn't matter; everyone went to work, whether they wanted to or not. Only students, schoolchildren, and a small number of businesses were lucky during that period.

By the way, many billboards, banners, and other things were blown away. As a result, some people couldn't get to work. They won't be able to get anywhere now.
