NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Is it impossible to make it so that during a normal game on a normal map, a hero develops a skill not to the third level, but to the fourth?

It can't be done in a standard way, and racial absolute skills can't be acquired either. It's impossible. And not all schools can be scripted for them.
