CIS Qualifier for King’s Bounty 2017.

Hello everyone!
Let me start in order. The recreation center has been booked – the contract is signed, and a deposit has been made. We have indicated that we expect around 40 people. The final terms from the administration are: one day (weekday) of accommodation as a gift for all guests, a mandatory banquet for each guest totaling 2300 rubles (excluding alcohol), rental of the conference hall at 25,000 rubles per day for 7 calendar days. Breakfast is free (buffet style); they insist on ordering a set meal (lunch 400 + dinner 350 rubles). It is necessary to indicate the number of attendees 10-14 days before the event. Now, let's go into more detail.
1) Accommodation: What are the advantages?
a) The recreation center is located 15-20 minutes away from the city center in a picturesque location near the Volga River.
b) A 15-20 minute ride costs 350 rubles for four people by taxi (100 rubles per person) to any place you want to visit in the city center.
c) The grounds are well-maintained, clean, beautiful, cozy, and the interior design of the rooms is top-notch.
d) There is an outdoor swimming pool (large), which will be filled towards the end of April, and there are football, volleyball, and tennis courts available for free.
e) Each guest has access to a one-hour daily pass to use the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and hammam – the level of service and comfort is simply amazing (in a good way).
f) We have our own separate conference hall, plus a free night bar nearby (drinks are extra); they will provide us with comfortable tables and chairs, and we won't be disturbed. There is also a free projector, karaoke, and sound system.
g) Currently, work is being done at the facility to improve the Internet service. This work will be completed within 2 weeks (maximum).
They promised that we will have decent internet; I will let you know what happens. In any case, this issue must be resolved because the internet provider at the facility is my business partner – I buy internet from him myself. I think it is technically possible to increase the bandwidth for us for a week, so the internet issue is removed from the agenda.
The vacation turns out to be luxurious – there's no point in pretending otherwise – you just need to see it all with your own eyes, especially in May when, as my favorite Anna German sings, "the gardens bloom!"
And we get one day of accommodation (weekday) for free.
What are the disadvantages?
If there are advantages, then there must also be disadvantages, but this is more difficult.
a) Mandatory banquet: This is a condition set by the administration – ordering a banquet with a minimum bill of 2300 rubles per person without alcohol (you bring your own), or any amount with their alcohol (the cheapest vodka costs 800 rubles there). To be honest, I don't see any downsides to this event – 2300 rubles isn't that much money these days, and besides, they won't take it away from us – we'll all spend it together in an amazing restaurant with fantastic snacks and a great group of participants! (We can order our own menu – dishes from all over the world, sturgeon species of fish, game – whatever you like and can afford).
However, that's not the main thing. The essence is that ordering the banquet allows us to completely resolve the issue of bringing our own alcohol to the facility. Yes, we will drink heavily. But we'll bring our own (although I'm not discouraging you from using the bars if you want). The only condition is that our alcohol will be stored in the restaurant (and will be brought to us upon request). Moreover, Sasha and I have arranged for draft beer at the restaurant – every day there will be fresh beer of the varieties we are interested in (we have experience in this area; just trust us), with minimal markup! To close the topic, the concept of staying at this facility does not involve drinking and eating anywhere (but we can do it) – think of Turkey or Egypt: you cannot drink and eat in your room, only in designated areas – I think everyone understands.
b) Set meal:
400 rubles for lunch, 350 rubles for dinner – the lady turned out to be very persistent (I don't blame her for that). There is a varied menu without repetition on the board; those who are used to eating tasty food on a schedule will find this to be a reliable and good option. As mentioned above, you need to indicate the number of people who want it about 10 days in advance. We will order it; for those who don't want it, we will try to ensure that it isn't mandatory for everyone. I don't think this will be a big problem; it's a very reliable and tasty option, and as for vitamins... well, you know!
c) Conference hall: 25K per day.
It's expensive. However, given the price of 3500 per hour, the number of attendees, and round-the-clock operation... they almost poked our eyes out, threatened to leave, Sasha fainted four times... What there is, there is – we can't back down now.
Let's summarize.

We have prices, discounts have been announced – personally, I see everything in a positive light – they didn't raise the prices for us, and they won't anymore – what else do we need? We will work with what we have, thinking and trying to improve even the already attractive aspects of the event. Personally, I would add that yes, perhaps it might have been possible to find cheaper options for recreation, but look at the number of advantages we have! What could we theoretically save? 2K rubles per participant? It would have been too risky to take such a small amount into account. The more people we get, the cheaper the rental of the hall will be for us – I think everyone understands this. Right now, it costs us about 625 per person per day? Is that expensive? I don't think so. So, let's study, provide feedback, make suggestions, and continue working!"
