1. I request that you name the organizers and specify who is responsible for what.

2. If there is only one conference hall, you want to reserve it for Heroes, but only for 10 hours a day (which shows a complete misunderstanding of what happens at the CIS event). Where will you accommodate those who want to do something else during this time? Poker, drinking, and other activities?
In my opinion, two halls are needed, located within walking distance of each other (one larger, one smaller) - these halls should be available 24/7.
The price for the conference hall does not include additional equipment (as I understand it, speakers, amplifier, microphones, projector, and screen - are you providing your own?).
I also don't see any information about internet access.

3. The dates are May 6-13. This is the decision of the absolute and undeniable majority. Why are you stating that you will be leaving on May 14?

4. If so, how do you plan to organize the meeting of participants and guests at airports and train stations?

5. I took the time to search the website of the mentioned establishment. And I already wrote about this.
"In the event of a microphone malfunction, the guest must pay a fine of 3,000 rubles (if there is no violation of the microphone's functional characteristics). In the event of damage to the microphone, the guest must pay a fine of 25,000 rubles."
I am not willing to use a microphone under these conditions (and, most likely, I won't). Because I read this as: if you damage the microphone, you have to pay a fine. If you do NOT damage the microphone, you still pay a fine.
And I suspect that the administration of the establishment will use exactly this logic regarding absolutely everything.
