In the player of the year nomination, Gomunguls defeated Cobra by 1 vote, but he still won, so why can't 1 vote decide the fate of the CIS region?

To be honest, looking at that poll, my first thought was - who organized it so poorly? 1/3 of the votes determined the winner. And there was plenty of time. Why couldn't they have a second round? It's a rather unconvincing victory with 1/3 of the votes. I think we should remember who created the topic, so that in the future, if possible, we don't participate in such projects and don't hope for anything good. I've remembered it. :D But the weighted voting system worked better. I'm thinking about it. :o
