Kirill, it's not funny anymore; you've been fussing around and writing long posts for two days now. 22 people voted, indicating that they are, at the very least, interested in Vigo's proposal and his candidacy. I posted my calculations a little higher up; personally, the trip to Volgograd will cost me around 45,000 rubles. I don't think that with such a price, many people from the CIS will participate, so I want to see what Vitya will offer, and then we can analyze it here officially and meticulously. :)
