can the rating table be fixed? it keeps rolling back more and more, all the way to May 2016

Can't you just message the person in charge or one of the moderators via ICQ? You can post in the thread dedicated to the rating. Why create a separate thread?
On topic. Everyone already knows, this is an HeroesWorld issue, we're waiting for the report system to be fixed.
