Vitya created a poll about Korolev.
To be honest, Korolev is personally interesting to me, and as we've seen, it's interesting to about twenty other people as a potential location for a CIS event.
Why can't I vote for it?
And regarding the vote between Yekaterinburg and Vladivostok, I expressed my opinion from the outside. This is how I see it. I didn't dispute the results:
22 to 20 in favor of Yekaterinburg :D

And, by the way, why should I have voted for Yekaterinburg or Vladivostok if I know I won't be going to either place?
