It's just a very interesting situation. Yekaterinburg, according to the vote, seems to have lost. Volgograd seems to have won. And then, to our delight, Korolev jumps in. After all the deadlines have been announced (and no objections were raised by the target audience). So, am I right in understanding that Korolev started the "story" of his application by asking for an extension of the application deadline?
