There are no complaints about the room stock based on the description: with free accommodation for an additional Euro-style folding bed, the price of one "bed space" will decrease significantly. Has everyone forgotten how to count?
Explain that the hall with internet is expensive... (its maintenance essentially comes down to cleaning in the morning, electricity costs, and internet). I don't think there's a queue of people wanting to rent it in Volgograd for the May holidays, especially for 6 days...
But again, the privileges that already exist, considering the level of the establishment, indicate that the owners are much more willing to cooperate and engage in dialogue than at, say, Olympia (a 25% discount on all additional services is actually a VIP-level discount for guests).

And if the owners of the base (and unlike many, I can imagine the level of negotiations - and how much haggling goes on there for each item) say no and tell you to go away, then your conscience as a potential organizer will be clear: you did everything that was required, and even more - considering that you don't owe anyone anything.
