A similar poll with the initial wording could have been launched in January, when the organizers-applicants were studying demand and supply. Publishing this poll now is an attempt to destabilize the already fragile CIS event. It borders on disrespect towards the organizers-applicants in general and the winning organizer in particular, as well as towards all those who voted.
